Settings & Account
Manage your store details, preferences, subscription, team, and personal account.
Store name and logo
Update your store's name and logo image.
- Open Settings and go to the Store tab, then find the Store Information card.
- Edit the store name directly in place (up to 30 characters) and press Enter or the check to save.
- Tap the logo tile to upload an image (JPEG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC, up to 10 MB), then crop it to a square.
- To remove an uploaded logo, tap the X badge on the logo tile.
- This requires an internet connection.
- Any store member can make these changes.
Switch between stores
Move to another store you belong to and load its data.
- Open Settings and go to the Store tab.
- Tap Switch Store (shown only when you belong to two or more stores).
- Pick a store from the dialog. The app switches to it and reloads that store's data.
- This requires an internet connection.
- Stores where your access has been deactivated are not listed.
- If you lose access to the store you are currently in — for example, if an admin removes or deactivates you, or the store is archived — the app automatically switches you to a remaining store, or sends you to create a store if you have no memberships left.
Leave a store
Remove yourself from a store you no longer need access to.
- Open Settings and go to the Store tab.
- Tap Leave Store and confirm in the dialog.
- If you still belong to other stores, choose which one to continue in from the picker that appears.
- If you have no stores left, a notice appears and the app sends you to create a store.
- This requires an internet connection.
- Available to Admins and Staff. Owners must transfer ownership first, so the button is not shown to them.
- Deactivated members can still leave. Leaving takes effect immediately.
Language and timezone
Set your display language, the store language, and the timezone.
- Open Settings and go to the Preferences tab.
- Set your display language to choose the language for your own view of the app. It supports English, Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese, and the app reloads in the language you pick.
- Set the store language used for store communications such as emails.
- Set the timezone, either by auto-detect (the default) or by choosing one manually. This drives all date and time display and reporting boundaries.
- This requires an internet connection.
- Any store member can make these changes.
Change currency (with optional price conversion)
Switch your store's currency and choose whether to convert existing prices.
- Open Settings, go to the Preferences tab, and find the Currency & Pricing card.
- Pick a new currency. A confirmation shows the live exchange rate and rounding.
- Choose Convert to recalculate every product, SKU, and service price at the current rate, or choose Change label only to keep the numbers and just swap the currency symbol.
- After converting, a message reports how many products, SKUs, and services were converted.
- This requires an internet connection.
- The available rounding options depend on the currency you choose.
- Any store member can make this change.
Sales and inventory preferences
Tune tax, best-seller, and inventory-tracking options for your store.
- Open Settings and go to the Preferences tab.
- Turn tax in sales on or off and set the default tax rate (0 to 100 percent).
- Set the best-seller threshold (1 to 50 sales) and the lookback period (30, 120, or 365 days).
- Choose whether to show SKU codes in sales.
- Turn inventory tracking on or off.
- Set the low-stock threshold (0 to 999) and the oversell limit (0 to 99), which is how far below zero stock is allowed to go.
- Each option saves automatically, with an inline Saved indicator.
- Any store member can change these preferences.
Your profile: name, photo, password, and sign out
Edit your display name and photo, change your password, and sign out.
- Open Settings and go to the Account tab, then find the Profile card.
- Edit your display name directly in place.
- Tap your avatar to upload and crop a photo, or tap the X to remove it.
- Expand Change password and enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm.
- Tap Sign out to sign out of your account.
- Editing your profile requires an internet connection.
- The Change password option appears only for accounts that sign in with a password.
Manage passkeys
Add, rename, and remove passkeys so you can sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, or Windows Hello instead of typing your password.
- Open Settings and go to the Account tab, then find the Passkeys card — it lists each of your passkeys with its name and creation date.
- Tap Add a passkey and approve with your device — Face ID, Touch ID, or Windows Hello. The new passkey is saved with a name based on your device.
- Tap the pencil icon to rename a passkey in place.
- Tap the trash icon and confirm in the dialog to remove a passkey.
- Adding, renaming, and removing passkeys requires an internet connection, and you can manage only your own passkeys.
- You can remove your last passkey — passkeys are an extra way to sign in alongside your password or social account, never your only one.
- On browsers that don't support passkeys, the card shows an unsupported message instead of the Add button.
- If you cancel your device's prompt while adding a passkey, nothing is saved and no error is shown.
View subscription status and usage
See your current plan, billing status, and usage against your plan limits.
- Open Settings and go to the Store tab, then find the Subscription card.
- Review your current plan and its status badge, which can read Active, Trial, Pending, Past Due, or Canceled.
- Check trial days remaining, referral-discount months remaining, and any applied discount-code terms.
- On paid plans, see your last and next billing dates.
- Review the live usage bars for SKUs, transactions this month, team members, and locations against your plan limits.
- Every member can see this card, but management actions are available to Owners only.
Upgrade from Free (start a subscription)
Move from the Free plan to a paid plan and pay securely through Stripe.
- On the Subscription card, tap Upgrade. This also opens automatically from the Upgrade Plan button in the plan-limit dialog.
- Choose a plan: Free, Grow at 27 US dollars per month, or Max at 100 US dollars per month.
- Optionally enter a discount or referral code and tap Apply to see the resolved terms, such as 50 percent off for 6 months, and the discounted total.
- Continue to payment. You are taken to Stripe's secure checkout page.
- Return to the app to see a success confirmation.
- Available to Owners only.
- First-time subscribers get a 30-day free trial (0 dollars today, then the monthly rate), one per store.
- Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe.
- Code errors tell you if a code is invalid, is your own code, or has already been used, and code checks are rate-limited.
Change plan: downgrade or cancel
Move to a lower plan or cancel, with clear timing for when it takes effect.
- On the Subscription card, tap Change Plan (or Manage during a trial).
- Pick a target plan and review the details.
- For a downgrade, you see the effective date.
- Confirm to apply the change.
- Available to Owners only.
- A downgrade, including dropping to Free or canceling, takes effect at your next billing date. Until then your current plan stays active and an amber pending-downgrade notice is shown.
- During a trial, switching plans keeps the trial, while dropping to Free ends the paid subscription immediately.
- To upgrade to a higher paid plan, use the Upgrade path through Stripe checkout rather than this dialog.
- Every change is recorded for your records.
Cancel a scheduled downgrade
Reverse a pending downgrade so your current plan continues unchanged.
- On the Subscription card, find the amber pending-downgrade notice.
- Tap Cancel downgrade. Your plan continues unchanged and any scheduled cancellation is reversed.
- Available to Owners only.
Manage billing and payment method
Open the Stripe billing portal to manage payment methods and view invoices.
- On the Subscription card, tap Billing.
- The Stripe Billing Portal opens in a new tab, in your language, where you can manage payment methods and view invoices.
- Close the portal to return to Settings.
- Available to Owners with an existing paid subscription.
Hitting a plan limit
Understand the message that appears when you reach a plan limit.
- A dialog appears automatically when you reach a plan limit while creating SKUs, recording sales, inviting members, or adding locations.
- The dialog explains your plan's limit for that resource and how many you currently have.
- Tap Discard to close it, or tap Upgrade Plan to open the plan picker.
- Upgrading is available to Owners only, so if you are not the owner, ask the owner to upgrade.
Manage the team
Invite members, set roles, and deactivate or remove people from your store.
- Open Settings and go to the Team tab.
- To invite someone, enter their email, choose the Admin or Staff role, and send. An invitation is emailed and a pending row appears.
- To cancel a pending invitation, tap the trash icon and confirm.
- To change a member's role, switch them between Admin and Staff.
- To deactivate or reactivate a member, use the toggle. Deactivating blocks their access without removing them and shows a Deactivated badge.
- To remove a member, choose Remove and confirm.
- This requires an internet connection.
- Available to Owners and Admins. Staff see a read-only list.
- The number of team members is capped by your plan: 1 on Free, 10 on Grow, and 50 on Max. Reaching the cap opens the plan-limit dialog.
- Invitations expire in 7 days.
- You cannot change or remove yourself, Admins cannot affect Owners, and there must always be an owner.
- Your own role and Owner rows are locked.
- Ownership is handed over through the separate Transfer store ownership flow.
Transfer store ownership
Hand over ownership of the store to an admin, who must accept.
- Open Settings and go to the Team tab, then tap Transfer ownership. This is shown to the owner when at least one Admin exists.
- Pick an Admin from the list and confirm. You become an Admin, and they take over subscription, billing, and team management. Billing continues on the payment method currently on file.
- The chosen Admin sees a banner in Settings on the Team tab, where they can Accept, with its own billing-responsibility confirmation, or Decline.
- Until they accept, you can cancel the request. The request expires after 7 days.
- This requires an internet connection.
- The owner starts the transfer and an active Admin accepts it.
- On acceptance, the roles swap at the same time: the Admin becomes Owner and the previous Owner becomes an Admin. Permissions update immediately for both.
- Only one pending transfer is allowed per store.
- The transfer is voided automatically if the chosen Admin is demoted, removed, or deactivated, or if the person who started it is no longer the owner.
- No payment-method changes are made, so the new owner should review billing in the Stripe portal.
Manage customers
Add and edit customer records that you can tag on sales and search later.
- Open Settings and go to the Customers tab.
- Search for an existing customer, or add a new one.
- Enter the customer's name (up to 100 characters) and a unique tag, which is generated from the name and checked for availability as you type.
- Optionally add an email, a phone number, up to 10 links, and a note (up to 200 characters).
- To delete a customer, confirm when prompted.
- Available on all plans, but access is revoked while a subscription is past due or canceled.
- This works offline.
- Once added, customers can be tagged on a sale at checkout and searched in sales filters.
Events (markets, pop-ups, conventions)
Set up events with their own pricing and tag sales made while they are live.
- Open Settings and go to the Events section.
- Create an event with a name, a city and country from the searchable city picker, and a date range and timezone.
- Optionally add overrides: a price markup as a percentage or flat amount, a display currency and rounding, a transaction fee, and a tax rate.
- Optionally enable auto-live so the event goes live around its window automatically.
- Edit or delete events later as needed.
- Any store member can manage events.
- You take an event live from the event badge in the header.
- Sales made while an event is live are tagged with it and use its pricing, and past events become a sales filter.
