Uniobject is a point-of-sale and inventory management platform for retail businesses. The Service is available at uniobject.com and through related applications.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Uniobject offers the following subscription tiers:
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Uniobject and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell, rent, or share your individual personal or business data with third parties. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics, trends, and service improvement, but this data cannot identify any individual user or business.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uniobject shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uniobject from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 60 days before deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
