Sales & Reporting
Review your sales history, dig into individual transactions, and export your records for accounting.
View sales history and stats
Track your store's performance with live stat tiles and a searchable list of every sale.
- Open the Sales page to see four live stat tiles — Total Revenue, Transactions, SKUs Sold, and Avg Transaction — recalculated for whatever set of sales you are currently viewing.
- Browse the sale cards, listed newest first, each showing the payment method, transaction ID, status and other badges, date, location, a note snippet, item count, and total.
- Scroll to load more sales — the first page covers the past 90 days, and older records load 50 at a time.
- Use global search to find a sale by transaction ID, product name, or tag name (up to 8 results) and jump straight to its details.
- Voided and refunded sales are left out of revenue totals but still counted in the Transactions tile.
- How far back your history goes depends on your plan: 365 days on Free, 3 years on Grow, and unlimited on Max.
- When you are offline, only sales from the start of the previous month onward are available.
Filter sales and look up a date range
Narrow the list by date range, status, payment type, and more to find exactly the sales you need.
- Pick a date range with a quick button (Past N Days, Today, or Latest Event), or open the Filter dialog for more options.
- Choose a date-range base: Past 90 Days, Today, This Weekend, Week, or Month, Latest Event, a specific past event, or a custom range.
- Choose a status view — Exclude Archived (the default), Show All, Archived, Refunded, or Voided.
- Optionally filter by payment type, pre-order status, and locations — and, with CRM access, by customers and transaction tags.
- Apply your filters. The chosen range or event stays selected on that device across sessions.
- A custom start date can't go earlier than your plan's history cutoff — the dialog shows the earliest available date.
- Filtering by customers or transaction tags requires CRM access.
View sale details
Open any sale to see its full breakdown of items, charges, and totals.
- Tap View on a sale card or a search result.
- Review the details dialog: transaction ID, location, payment method, and each line item with its option, SKU code (if enabled in settings), quantity and unit price, adjustments, and services.
- Check the notes and the Subtotal, Tax, Fee, and Total.
- Voided totals appear struck through, and refunded totals appear in parentheses.
Edit a sale's note
Add or update a note on a completed sale.
- Open the sale details and tap Edit Note in the footer.
- Type your note, up to 300 characters.
- Save. If you cancel with unsaved changes, you will be asked to confirm discarding them.
- The note is the only thing you can change — sale contents can never be edited after checkout.
- Note editing is disabled while a sale is archived.
- Whoever edits the note is recorded in the audit trail.
Void a sale (and restore it)
Mark a sale as voided to remove it from revenue, and restore it later if needed.
- Open the sale details and tap Void in the footer.
- Confirm "Void Sale?" — you can undo this later with Restore.
- To bring a voided sale back, open it again and tap Restore.
- A voided sale is excluded from Total Revenue, SKUs Sold, and Avg Transaction, but still counts in the Transactions tile. It shows struck through with a Voided badge.
- A refunded sale cannot be voided.
- Voiding does not adjust stock. If items should be restocked, update them manually in Inventory.
Refund a sale
Flag a sale as refunded for your bookkeeping.
- Open the sale details and tap Refund in the footer.
- Confirm "Refund Sale?" — this cannot be undone.
- Marking a sale refunded is a bookkeeping flag only. It does not reverse any payment — refund the customer through your payment provider or cash drawer — and it does not restock items, which you update manually in Inventory.
- A refunded sale is excluded from Total Revenue, SKUs Sold, and Avg Transaction, but still counts in the Transactions tile, and shows a Refunded badge.
- A voided sale cannot be refunded.
Archive or unarchive a sale
Hide a sale from your default list without deleting it.
- Open the sale details and tap Archive in the footer to hide the sale from the default list.
- To find archived sales again, switch the status filter to Archived or Show All.
- Open an archived sale and tap Unarchive to bring it back.
- While a sale is archived, note and tag editing are disabled.
Fulfill pre-orders
Track which pre-ordered items have been delivered.
- Open the sale details dialog.
- Check the box next to a pre-order line item to mark it Fulfilled, or uncheck it to revert to Ordered.
- Filter the sales list by Ordered or Fulfilled to keep track of outstanding pre-orders.
- The sale card shows an amber Pre-order badge while any line is unfulfilled, and a green Fulfilled badge once all items are delivered.
- Fulfillment status is synced across devices, so the latest change always wins.
- Fulfillment is operational status only — stock was already adjusted at checkout.
- Pre-order fulfillment is locked on voided and refunded sales.
Export transactions to CSV
Download a year of transactions as a CSV file for your accounting.
- Go to Settings, open the Store tab, and find the Export Transactions card. This lives in Settings, not on the Sales page.
- Pick a year — it defaults to the newest year with data.
- Tap Export CSV. Your browser downloads a file named after your store and the year.
- The CSV has one row per transaction, with headers in the owner's app language: ID, dates, timezone, location, payment method, items, subtotal, tax, fee, total, currency, event, customer and transaction tags, pre-order status, notes, voided, refunded and archived flags, and who created and updated it.
- Only Owners can export, and only while online.
- Selectable years are limited to your plan's history window: 365 days on Free, 3 years on Grow, and unlimited on Max.
- Exports are limited to 10 per 10 minutes.
